外部スクール実施団体の活動について
外部レッスンの活動について
札幌国際スキー場では、公認のスキースクール・スノーボードスクールがございます。
当社運営のスクール以外がレッスン活動を行う場合は、事前に手続きが必要です。
2026年10月1日（木）より手続きの受付を開始いたします。
※事前に申請手続きを行わなかった場合は、今後のご利用をお断りする場合がございます。
利用条件と手続きの流れについては下記をご確認ください。
【利用条件】
●活動にあたっては、「札幌国際スキー場 利用約款」を遵守していただきます。
●シーズン券の商用利用はできません（例：コーチ、レッスン、インストラクター活動など)。
●レンタル用具の持込みは禁止しております（札幌国際スキー場のレンタル用具をご利用ください）。
●コーチ・受講者のリフト券、レンタル用具については、代表者がスキーセンター（中2階）事務所にてお申込み・お支払いいただくことが可能です。
※事前にレンタル申込書を提出していただいた方は、レンタルコーナーにて事前準備が可能です。
●海外団体の申請手続きの際は日本語対応必須とさせていただきます。（レッスン時は除く）
●レッスン実施日については、レッスン前の受付とレッスン後の実施報告をスキーセンター（中2階）事務所にて必ず行っていただきます。
※申請書類の審査がございます。内容確認後、承認可否の通知までに1週間程度お時間を頂戴いたしますので、お早めの申請をお願いします。
【提出物】
①「外部スクール実施団体申請書兼誓約書」（当スキー場所定様式）
② 所属する「外部指導員名簿」（氏名、保有資格等を記載）
③ 損害賠償責任保険証券の写し（受講生を含む補償が必須）※写しの写真は不可
④ 登録する腕章等の見本または写真（腕章がない場合は貸出いたします）
⑤ （日本在住の外国籍の方）在留カード・就労資格証明証の写し
（海外在住の外国籍の方）パスポート・ビザの写し
※札幌国際スキー場「外部レッスン実施要項」を熟読お願いいたします。
※SAJ公認校については①、②のみ提出ください。
※スムーズな手続きを行うため、必要な提出物を全て揃えてからご提出ください。
提出書類は、札幌国際スキー場・スキーセンター（中2階）事務所・経営推進部まで提出（メール・郵送・直接持込）をお願いいたします。

Regarding External Lesson Activities
Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort has an officially accredited ski and snowboard school.
If any organization other than our school wishes to conduct lessons, they must complete the necessary formalities in advance.
We will begin accepting applications from Thursday, 1 October 2026.
* If you do not complete the application procedure in advance, we may refuse to allow you to use our services in future. Please see below for details of the terms and conditions and the application process.
【Conditions of Use】
●You must comply with the "Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Terms of Use" during activities.
●Ordinary season passes cannot be used for commercial purposes. (e.g., coaching, lessons, instructor activities, etc.)
●Bringing your own rental equipment is prohibited. Please use Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort rental equipment.
●Lift tickets and rental equipment for coaches and participants can be applied for and paid at the Ski Centre (mezzanine floor) office by a representative.
* Those who submit the rental application in advance, their gear can be prepared at the rental corner beforehand.
●For overseas group applications, it is essential that you are able to fully understand explanations given in Japanese. (This does not apply during lessons.)
●On the day of the lesson, you must check in at the Ski Centre (mezzanine floor) office before the lesson and submit a report after the lesson.
* Your application documents will be reviewed. It will take approximately one week from the time we have verified the details until we notify you of our decision, so please submit your application as early as possible.
【Submission Items】
- "External School Implementation Organization Application and Pledge Form" (our ski resort’s designated format)
- "Roster of External Instructors" (include names and qualifications)
- Copy of liability insurance policy (coverage must include students)
* Photos of the copy are not allowed
- Sample or photo of the badge or armband to be registered (if you don’t have one, we’ll lend it to you)
- Foreign nationals residing in Japan … Copies of your Residence Card and Certificate of Eligibility for Employment
Foreign nationals residing overseas … Copies of your passports and visas
* Please read the “External Lesson Implementation Guidelines” for Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort thoroughly.
* For SAJ certified schools, only items 1 and 2 need to be submitted.
* Please ensure you have all the necessary documents ready before submitting your application.
Please submit the documents to the Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Ski Centre (mezzanine floor) office, Business Promotion Dept. by email, mail, or in person.

關於外部課程的活動
在札幌國際滑雪場，有官方認可的滑雪學校和單板滑雪學校。
若非本公司運營的學校進行課程活動，事前需要完成手續。
手續受理將從2026年10月1日（星期四）開始。
※若未事先申請，未來可能會被拒絕使用。
有關使用條件和手續流程，請確認以下內容。
【使用條件】
●活動時需遵守《札幌國際滑雪場使用約款》。
●季票不得作商業用途（例如：教練、課程、指導員活動等）。
●禁止攜帶自備租賃用具（請使用札幌國際滑雪場的租賃用具）。
●教練及學員的纜車票和租賃用具，可由代表在滑雪中心（二樓中層）事務所申請並支付費用。
※ 提交過租賃申請表的人，可在租賃區提前準備。
●海外團體在申請手續時必須使用日語（課程實施時除外）。
●課程實施當日，需在課程開始前在滑雪中心（二樓中層）事務所完成報到，課程結束後提交實施報告。
※ 申請文件會進行審查。確認內容後，從通知是否批准到完成，大約需要一週時間，請提前申請。

② 所屬的「外部指導員名冊」（記載姓名、持有資格等）
③ 損害賠償責任保險單影本（必須包含對學員的保障）※不可使用拍照影本
④ 登錄用臂章等的樣本或照片（若沒有臂章，會提供借用）
⑤ （日本居住的外國籍人士）在留卡・就業資格證明影本
（海外居住的外國籍人士）護照・簽證影本
※請仔細閱讀札幌國際滑雪場的「外部課程實施要項」。
※對於SAJ認可學校，僅需提交①、②。
※為了順利辦理手續，請在提交之前先準備好所有必需提交的文件。
提交文件請送至札幌國際滑雪場・滑雪中心（中2樓）事務所・經營推進部（可通過郵件、郵寄或親自送達）。
